Your holiday home is available for check-in from 15:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00. An early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and a fee is applicable for such request.

If necessary, you can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 20 days before arrival. In the event of early departure or cancellation of the trip, the following cancellation fees apply:

• up to 20 days before arrival 0%
• 19 to 3 days before arrival 50%
• from 2 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure 100%

Cancellations must be made in writing. 

As part of our AKI full board you will be on a culinary journey all day long. Highlights for young and old are on the menu every day. All meals and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the room price.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to confirm requests regarding a specific room or floor. However, we do our best to take your wishes into account.

At the AKI Family Resort PLOSE no dogs or other pets can be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

Our adult guests have access to the 100 m² large panoramic fitness area with the latest Technogym equipment. It offers a fantastic 360° view of the forest and the surrounding Dolomites.

Something unexpected might occur before you embark on your journey. Therefore, we recommend contracting our advantageous AKI travel insurance for €15.00 per night and room. It protects you from cancellation fees if you cancel for the following reasons:

• The person who booked or a fellow traveller cannot travel due to illness or a serious accident. 
• A first-degree family member needs to be hospitalised due to a serious accident or sudden emergency. 
• The person who booked or a fellow traveller has suffered major damage to property (apartment, house) that requires his/her presence. 

In the event of illness, accident or damage, we require confirmation in the form of a medical certificate or a certificate from a public authority. 

The AKI travel insurance must be taken out at the same time as booking. It is non-refundable and cannot be transferred if the travel dates change. The travel insurance applies if the entire stay is cancelled and cannot be claimed in the event of late arrival or early departure.

A laundry service is available at the AKI Family Resort PLOSE for a fee.

To ensure that the whole family can relax and unwind, we offer attentive and loving baby and child care almost around the clock: 7 days a week from 9:00 to 21:00. 
Given that outdoor activities constitute a significant part of our weekly program and hold great importance for us, we kindly ask you to keep this in mind and to pack suitable clothes. 
We look after babies from the age of one month. Supervised meals during lunchtime and in the evening are hosted in the children’s bistro.

We have thought of everything! Our parent-baby station is equipped with a microwave and a bottle warmer, providing around-the-clock-access to fresh fruit, milk powder and a wide selection of healthy baby food made from natural and organic ingredients.  

You can pay the bill for your stay with your Visa, Mastercard, EC card or in cash up to the legal limit of €4,999. For payments by bank transfer the amount must have been received in our bank account before departure. Checks, Dinner Club and American Express cards are not accepted.  

The indoor and outdoor pools in the AKI water world are open daily from 7:30 to 19:30. Please note that the facility is not under our supervision.
The water temperature in our indoor and outdoor family pool and in the slide area is maintained at 34°C. Our baby pool has a temperature of approx. 35-36°C.

We ask you to make your reservation in writing. It is only valid after receipt of the 20% deposit. The deposit can be made at the moment of booking by credit card or by bank transfer to our bank account.

The room card is the key to your room and all public areas. Please insert the room card into the holder provided to activate the electricity in the room. For safety reasons, only children aged 10 and over will receive a room card. 

Our housekeepers clean the rooms between 9:00 and 15:00. We kindly ask you to use the “Do not disturb” card in the room, if desired. Evening cleaning can be arranged upon request, please let us know your preferred time. 

Our ski room & outdoor equipment room provides the most modern, heated lockers and integrated boot dryer.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the resort interior and rooms according to Italian law. This policy also extends to e-cigarettes. We provide ashtrays in the designated areas. 

At the AKI Family Resort PLOSE you will find fresh fruit, healthy snacks and home-made bars available at various areas where you can help yourself at any time of the day.

Our ADLER Adults Only Spa in the forest is open daily from 8:30 to 20:00. A wide range of treatments with our highly trained therapists can be booked directly at the spa reception located in the lounge area of the AKI water world.

We offer children the opportunity to eat together in the supervised children’s bistro.

We love nature – and that’s why we protect it!
We change the bedsheets every 3 days. If you require an extra change of linen, please inform us through our Guestnet. There you will also find all the other important information regarding sustainability.
Kindly hang clean towels back on the rail; towels on the floor will be replaced.
The tap water is sourced from the pristine Plose spring and is safe for drinking. Help yourself to your heart’s content and thereby avoid the use of plastic bottles: nature will appreciate it! 

Our AKI shuttle takes you to the Plosebahn valley station free of charge. Travel time: approx. 7 min.
